Infection Control Policies*

1. If you or your child(ren) are symptomatic, please alert the office prior to your visit.

2. Only 1 parent will be permitted to attend visits with their child. Parent must not have any sick symptoms. All other family members, including siblings, will not be permitted inside the office.

3. All adults and children over 2 years of age must wear a mask when entering the office AND throughout the entire visit.

4. Temperature checks will be conducted on all parents and patients when entering the office.

5. NO COVID SWABS will be performed inside the office. Please refer to umcsn.com and cityofhenderson.com for testing sites.

6. All co-pays/balances will be collected via telephone prior to your visit to maintain a contact free environment.

7. Please complete New Patient Paperwork prior to your visit to reduce exposure.

8. All wellness appointments will be conducted in the morning and early afternoon hours.
